Bee pollen collected by bees from flowers is their second most important food source. It is rich in nearly 200 natural substances, such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and many others.

Regular consumption provides the body with essential nutrients, strengthens the immune system, and supports detoxification. People with allergies should proceed with caution.

 

Bee pollen can be consumed raw for better absorption: 2 teaspoons of bee pollen, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 2/3 glasses of lukewarm water. Mix well and let it sit for several hours. Preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
